Elegant 48 Gin is made using rare varieties of apples from 200 year old orchards. Ginny, the bespoke gin still, juniper, hops, elderflower, Bramley apple, angelica root, orange and lemon peels, plus secret wild botanicals from the meadow and fresh water from the spring are added.
Nose: Fresh aromas of juniper, citrus fruit and floral notes.
Palate: Elegant, crisp and fruity followed by subtle apple undertones.
Finish: Clean, aromatic, complex.
