Details
A unique combination of 11 botanicals, including gentian root grown in the Massif Central of France, the gin is distilled in small batches in Gentiane Salers' traditional bain-marie stills. This slow distillation at low temperatures helps preserve the delicacy of the aromatics. The gentian's bitterness is removed, making way for the floral expression of its local terroir.
