Barrel Aged Chinese Sloe Gin
What is it? The Barrel Aged Salted plum gin builds on the sloe gin tradition using Chinese ingredients. It is inspired by the historical Suan Mei Tang recipe, which included things like salted plums, mulberries, hawthorne and Osmanthus. It is the first barrel aged Suan Mei gin in the world. Taste Profile Building on juniper base, notes of salted plum, dates and mulberry give a richness to the liquid. Hawthorne, liquorice and citrus add depth which is smoothed out by the dry sherry notes. How to Drink In a standard gin tonic, combined in a high ball with soda, or as a lower alcohol option for cocktails such as negroni or spritz. 25% ABV Additional Information
