Cocalero South American Herbal Spirit

Using a proprietary steam distillation process we extract the delicate flavor from the South American botanicals. Steam distillation is a highly specialized process that was pioneered by the perfume industry for the extraction of delicate flavours and aromas. The distillate is then blended with 16 other botanicals and flavours to create a totally unique and refined spirit. The spirit is intended to be served ice cold, either neat with a wedge of fresh lime or in cocktails. It can also substitute in classic cocktail recipes for gin, vodka, tequila and white rum.
