100% Wine - 0% Alcohol
Sophisticated flavour, zero alcohol — the essence of NOOH by La Coste.
WINEMAKING
Produced from wines grown on our estate in the heart of Provence, NOOH Blanc delivers the full pleasure of fine wine - without the alcohol. The alcohol is carefully removed by vacuum distillation - an evaporation process carried out at a maximum of 35-40°C. This gentle technique preserves the wine’s natural aromas, freshness, and delicate structure, ensuring purity and elegance in every glass.
TASTING
A gentle yellow hue with silver reflections. The nose opens with fresh, fruity notes of white flowers, pear, and crisp Granny Smith apple, lifted by a touch of citrus zest adding brightness and energy. On the palate, it is lively and refreshing, with a finish that is elegant and lightly lemony, leaving a clean, invigorating impression.
