Fair Belize Rum

Made using the traditional fermentation and distillation processes used in the Caribbean for hundreds of years. Made from Fair Trade Certified sugar cane from Belize, grown using organic and sustainable farming methods on small farm plots. Each stalk is carefully hand harvested to maximize the yield and protect the land. Aged for 5 years in American oak barrels, Fair Rum reveals many aromatics and a deep character.
