Distillery-exclusive limited edition “Distillery Cat” bottle of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin (700ml). Slow distilled at The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, combining 8 pot-still and 4 vapour-infused botanicals with fresh citrus and Chinese gunpowder tea.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Bright citrus, herbal botanicals, lifted tea notes.
Palate: Fresh citrus up front, then juniper and gentle spice with Gunpowder tea, plus meadowsweet and coriander.
Finish: Clean, rounded, lightly spicy.
Serve: Premium tonic with a generous wedge of fresh red grapefruit.
