This champagne comes from 7 Grands Crus (5 from the Côte des Blancs and 2 from the Montagne de Reims), 2/3 of which are Chardonnays and 1/3 from Pinot Noir. Each bottle is stirred and disgorged by hand. A low dosage (6gr/l) and a long aging of 11 years in the cellar give to this cuvée N°7 a very beautiful aromatic complexity with a silky texture. The bubbles are fine, the nose is powerful, rich and delicate at the same time. It offers notes of Mirabelle plum, apricot and honey. The mouth has a silky, creamy and generous texture with salty and minty notes with a persistent finish. This champagne is in a superb and very original gift box. 12% ABV Additional Information
