Most beer is brewed with malt; but if a certain percentage of wheat is added, it can be named a Witbier. Belgian witbier is modified from the standard witbier, adds coriander seeds and orange peel in it.
This Witbier followed traditions but also adapt the Chinese palate. The Chinese local herbal tangerine peel replaces the dried orange peel, which creates a rich citrusy flavor and matches with the herbal note of coriander seeds. Made it a easy drinking beer! 5% ABV Additional Information
