Each clone is fermented separately in a mix of traditional oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, followed by cold soaking to enhance pigment extraction. Complex and beautifully fragrant with aromas of dark cherry, raw meat, tar, and mixed spices, the wine is juicy and silky in the mouth, with an elegant texture and fine tannins.
