This is what happens when you put a conservation biologist behind a bar

Paul, Everleaf’s founder, is a conservation biologist and a bar owner. Back in 2019, while serving some of the world’s best spirits, he knew exactly what made them great. But when someone asked for a great non-alcoholic option, finding the right answer wasn't so simple. That got him thinking—could he create a non-alcoholic drink with the same depth and complexity of the finest drinks? He turned to nature to find out.

The answer is in nature
Crafting Everleaf took over a year of experimentation. Paul dove deep into researching plants, sustainable sourcing, and testing methods like dehydrating, macerating, and extracting to create the perfect balance of complementary yet surprising flavours and perfect texture.

Everleaf's aperitifs can be mixed, stirred or shaken in all kinds of ways so you can enjoy great non-alcoholic drinks.

Everleaf Mountain
VIBRANT & AROMATIC

A vibrant and aromatic aperitif with a bitter sweetness that's good in a Cherry Blossom Spritz. Pour into a glass full of ice, top up with light tonic and garnish abundantly.

Blossom, sharp air and courage brought in on the breeze. Made with a mix of plants that take you zigzagging to the mountain top: from the petals on the valley floor, to the wild meadows as you climb to the summit, where the clifftop flowers dig in.

Aromatic. A burst of cherry blossom from the valley floor, gives an almondy, not-as-sweet-as-marzipan flavour.
Floral. Climbing now, taste the wild strawberries and cherries that line the path, sweet and rich.
Vibrant. The mountain top is home to hardy plants like rosehip and wormwood, for a tart, sharp finish.
