Bollinger Champagne has released a limited edition vintage rosé Champagne in an exquisite Gift Cage, The metal Rose Gold gift cage weaves and melts together the letters of Bollinger in an innovative latticework of shadows and rose gold reflections.
Bollinger have crafted a stunning wine reflecting the contrasts of remarkable and carefully selected Grands and Premiers crus considered to be the most representative of the 2006 vintage, which was particularly suited to Pinot Noir. Bollinger claims that the harvest inspired its cellar master to blend a cuvee that would be able to fully express the identity of the year, and thus it is Bollinger's very first limited edition vintage, exclusively dedicated to a roseÌ. The blend is composed of 72% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay, and the addition of 7% still red wine lends to a salmon pink colour. Only 9 crus, 84% Grands crus and 16% Premiers crus were used.
