If you've ever been to Chile, you've probably had pisco; likely in a Pisco Sour. Pisco is a grape spirit made mostly from Muscat and Pedro Jimenez grapes that give it a delicate, floral, and fruity nose. A Pisco Sour is made with lime, pisco, and simple syrup (egg white for frothiness optional).

This Pisco Sour is premixed (without egg white) and ready to shake or serve over ice. It is bright, zesty, and creamy,balancing Capel Pisco's floral backbone with tangy lime,frothiness, and just the right touch of sweetness. Smooth and refreshing.
